Oncolytic Maraba virus MG1 mediates direct and natural killer cell-dependent lysis of Ewing sarcoma

The current paradigm is the established use of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery for Ewing sarcoma.

This preprint presents research on oncolytic Maraba virus MG1 as a potential treatment for Ewing sarcoma. The research is conducted within the framework of existing cancer treatment paradigms, exploring a new therapeutic approach (oncolytic virotherapy). While innovative, the study doesn't challenge the fundamental understanding of cancer or its treatment. The focus is on evaluating the efficacy and mechanisms of MG1 within the context of current knowledge and methodologies, aligning with Kuhn's concept of "Normal Science." Therefore, I am confident in classifying this research as "Normal Science."
